My name is Jan Stepp who very proudly holds the position of Senior Loan Analyst for South Chase Mortgage Corp, (pretty impressive, huh?) Well, the reason for this title is that I have been with South Chase since I began my career in this profession; in fact, I became acquainted with South Chase while I was building and selling homes and referred my Clients to them for financing. South Chase is a group of very select professionals that pride themselves on staying on the "cutting edge" of the mortgage industry and adhering to the strongest ethical policies issued by the National Association of Mortgage Bankers. I personally belong to the National Association of Realtors® as well as the National Association of Mortgage Bankers and can attest to the rigid standard of ethics both associations adhere to.
